Trail Description

Crank It Up in Whistler is one of those trails you ride when you’re ready to step up your bike park game without scaring yourself silly. It’s a 2.9 km point-to-point flow trail on Whistler Blackcomb with almost no elevation gain, rated very easy on paper but built to help you progress on jumps and speed. Expect smooth dirt, machine-built berms, and a steady downhill roll from around 1022 m.

The ride experience on Crank It Up is all about flow and repetition. You’ll hit a steady stream of tabletops, rollers, and wide berms that let you dial in your jumping and cornering without committing to the bigger features on A-Line. It’s a great lap to warm up, build confidence, and link turns while still feeling like you’re on a “real” Whistler bike park trail.

Recent riders describe Crank It Up as a solid stepping stone toward bigger jump lines like A-Line, with features that are rollable if you’re not ready to fully send it. Trail work is usually good, but conditions can change with weather and heavy use, so expect braking bumps and loose sections later in the day. This Whistler trail runs best from late spring through early fall; aim for earlier laps to avoid crowds, check current Whistler Blackcomb bike park reports before you go, and remember that it’s bikes only and no dogs allowed.
